Berdeen Falls is a tall tiered waterfall on Bacon Creek in Whatcom County, Washington, below Berdeen Lake. Bacon Creek flows into the Skagit River, and the falls drop about 850 feet in all. Instead of one uninterrupted descent, the waterfall is made up of three separate cascades: a 400-foot horsetail, a 200-foot bedrock slide, and a 250-foot plunge. These three sections combine to create the falls’ striking stepped form.
