Bacon Lake Falls, more formally called Bacon Peak Falls, is a 375-foot waterfall in Washington’s North Cascades National Park. It drops on an unnamed stream into the far end of remote Green Lake and is fed by the largest meltwater stream from Green Lake Glacier. Before going over the cliff, the glacier runoff collects in a small tarn often called Bacon Lake, which gave the unofficially named falls their common app name. The falls are significant for their notably remote setting and for their place within a high North Cascades drainage system linking glacier melt, tarn, waterfall, and lake.
