Elephant Arch is a small natural sandstone arch in northern Washington, Utah, within the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area and Red Cliffs Desert Reserve near St. George. Its distinctive form suggests an elephant’s trunk and eye, making it a recognized local feature in the protected red-rock desert landscape. The arch stands partway up a hillside at the end of a dirt hiking trail. Although the United States Geological Survey has not officially named it, Elephant Arch remains a known and identifiable feature of the area’s scenery.
