West Kill Mountain, also written Westkill Mountain, is a Catskill peak in New York within the Devil's Path range and the Westkill Mountain Wilderness Area of Catskill State Park. The West Kill stream runs along its northern side and gave the mountain its name. It stands between Diamond Notch to the east, facing Southwest Hunter Mountain, and Mink Hollow to the west, facing North Dome. Its slopes are part of the Hudson River watershed: northern runoff reaches the West Kill, Schoharie Creek, and Mohawk River, while southeastern and southwestern runoff flows through Hollow Tree Brook, Stony Clove Creek, Broadstreet Hollow stream, and Esopus Creek before also reaching the Hudson.
