Napi Rock is a 7,487-foot pinnacle in the Lewis Range of Glacier National Park in Montana, forming the eastern end of Singleshot Mountain and standing prominently visible from Saint Mary. Its name comes from Napioa, also known as Nah-pee, a figure in Blackfoot creation stories who was believed to have created the earth and everything on it. The name connects the mountain’s distinctive profile to the cultural landscape of Glacier’s eastern side.
