Built in 1914 in the Chandler Historic Commercial District, this building housed the Hotel Chandler on its second story as an affordable alternative to the luxurious San Marcos Hotel. Beginning in 1917, a series of drugstores occupied the ground floor, including Gardner's, Dudding's Rexall Drugs, and White Cross.
