Coventry Parish Church was erected from 1784 to 1792, was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on 9 August 1984, and its ruins were stabilized from 1985 to 1990 under the auspices of Rehobeth Ruritan Club, Maryland Historical Trust, Somerset County Historical Trust, and B. J. Cantwell, Sr., mason.
