Del Webb's Kings Inn, an Old English motif motor hotel, provided lodging and meals for guests visiting Sun City in the early 1960's. Both the Inn and Webb's Sun City active retirement community were modeled after his first development in Sun City, Arizona. Features here included the King Arthur Room for dining and dancing, the Chalice Room cocktail lounge, a coffee house and 60 motel rooms.
