At Mott’s Corners/Brookton (Dale), the UI&E, EG&N, and Lehigh Valley lines used a wooden railroad trestle built on Dec 18, 1875, measuring 90 feet by 1600 feet; in May 1889 it was replaced by a metal trestle measuring 85 feet by 850 feet, and it was removed in spring 1936.
