Woods Island State Park is a Vermont state park on the one hundred twenty-five-acre Woods Island in Lake Champlain off Saint Albans Point in Franklin County. Part of the Vermont State Park system and administered by the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks, and Recreation, it is notable for its practical remoteness. The park can be reached only by boat, and visitors must arrange their own transportation because there is no dock. Camping is limited to five primitive campsites with minimal sanitary facilities and no potable water, and reservations are required.
