1015 Half Street is a 421,000-square-foot Class A office building originally started by OPUS East, finished by Skanska, and now owned by Prudential. Begun in 2008, it stood as a vacant shell through much of the Great Recession until its completion in 2012. The 10-story structure houses rooftop urban gardens operated by Up Top Acres, along with Entercom Radio's regional offices and six radio broadcast studios. The site was once home to Nation, a live music and dance club, and before that it had served as a carriage factory, a warehouse for the military, and finally a factory for Hurley Boiler before operations ceased.
