Built in 1870 by James Frazier and James Warren, this covered bridge originally spanned the Delaware at Kingston Street in Delhi. After an iron bridge replaced it in 1885, David Wright and a town crew moved it to this site known as Fitches Crossing. Its scissors-truss construction was commonly used in covered bridges of intermediate span.
