Parkview Mountain
Nature
Parkview Mountain is the highest summit in the Rabbit Ears Range of the Rocky Mountains, standing on the Continental Divide in Routt National Forest about 3 miles southwest of Willow Creek Pass. Its name comes from the wide views from the summit, where climbers can see south over Middle Park and north over North Park. The mountain is also part of a more recent history of wildfire, as its southern slopes were affected by the 2020 East Troublesome Fire.
