The group of sculptures titled "All Aboard" portrays a train conductor calling a woman and her daughter to catch a train in the 1920's. Hope was first settled in 1873, incorporated in 1875, and named for Hope Loughborough, the daughter of James M. Loughborough, land commissioner of the Cairo & Fulton Railroad Company. Hope Loughborough was born in 1869, died in 1918, and is buried at Mount Holly Cemetery in Little Rock.
