Christman Sanctuary was honored in the name of Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Christman with the words, “I Give, Bequeath, Devote, Devise, Shelter to Every Bird That Flies,” and was dedicated by the Mohawk Valley Hiking Club on June 13, 1931.
