Lenawee Mountain is a Colorado peak east of Dillon in Summit County, rising among other prominent mountains including Porcupine Peak to the west and Grizzly Peak to the northeast. Part of the Arapahoe Basin ski area extends onto its slopes, giving the mountain both geographic prominence and a visible role in one of Colorado’s well-known skiing destinations. Its importance lies in being both a natural feature of the high country and a familiar part of the surrounding recreational landscape.
