High Knob is a mountain summit in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle on the border of Hampshire and Hardy counties. Geologically, it is a summit of Mill Creek Mountain. It is known for its overlook of the Trough and for scenic views that extend into three counties, giving it both natural prominence and regional significance.
