Caledonia Cascade, also called Cascade Falls, is a 600-foot waterfall near Tallulah Falls in northeastern Georgia, where a small stream drops into Tallulah Gorge near the gorge’s beginning. The waterfall descends in three tiers, including a longest single drop of 262 feet. By total height, it ranks as Georgia’s second tallest waterfall after Amicalola Falls, tied with Cochrans Falls. It is most easily viewed from the hiking trail along the rim of Tallulah Gorge, where its stepped descent is seen across the canyon. Its dramatic setting beside one of Georgia’s best-known canyons adds much of its striking appeal.
