Cast in 1874, this bell hung in the old firehouse of the Oscoluwa Engine and Hose Company and for over half a century sounded the alarm when fire threatened the community. It was erected on this site in honor of Troy firemen past, present, and future by the people of Troy in A.D. 1955.
