Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley is a hotel and ski lodge on Deer Valley Mountain in Park City, Utah, named for skier Stein Eriksen. It opened in December 1982 as one of the first luxury condominium hotels in the United States. Developed by the Silver Lake Associates Organization, the project was built in phases, starting with 31 units, followed by 23 more in 1984 and 11 additional units in 2002. Its design combined individually owned units with lodging for overnight guests, blending private ownership and resort hospitality. Managed by the Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corporation, it remains part of Deer Valley’s resort landscape.
