Wacousta Hill is a forested mountain ridge in southeastern Hampshire County, West Virginia, near Delray. Rising above Delray Road, part of West Virginia Route 29, it overlooks the North River to the east, with the Short Mountain Wildlife Management Area to the west. Its official name was established in 1966 by the Board on Geographic Names. Rural, heavily wooded, and undeveloped, the ridge is significant chiefly as part of the local mountain landscape surrounding Delray.
