Lynch Glacier is a mountain glacier on the north and northwest side of Mount Daniel in Washington, within the Alpine Lakes Wilderness of Snoqualmie National Forest. Set in a high cirque above Pea Soup Lake, it is about 0.60 miles long and about 0.80 miles wide at its broadest, descending from roughly 7,800 feet to about 6,400 feet. An arête divides the glacier into eastern and western lobes, with the western lobe larger. Since the late 1970s, the glacier has retreated from Pea Soup Lake and now ends above it, making it a clear example of the shrinking extent of small alpine glaciers in the Washington Cascades.
