Mendon Town Hall was originally a mill built circa 1827 on the site of pioneer Zebulon Norton's 1791 mill. The town purchased the building in 1985 and remodeled it into Town Hall in 1986-87 under Supervisor Arnold J. Leckie, Councilman Andrew Grasty Jr., Councilman Robert W. Loss, Councilwoman Johanna O'Brien, and Councilwoman Madge Potter.
