Honor Heights Park was laid like a Wreath of Honor on the highland of Muskogee by the people of the city as a tribute to those of the country who served in the World War 1914-1918, in camp or in field, at home or abroad, in all the multitudes of ways that contributed to the success of America and her Allies.
