Doughnut Falls, also known as Donut Falls, is a waterfall in Utah’s Big Cottonwood Canyon near Silver Fork south of Midvale. Reached from the Mill D Trailhead toward the Jordan Pines picnic area, it is noted for water dropping through an arch of rock into a pothole, creating an unusual view upward into the pool and falling water. The hike to the falls is among the shorter waterfall outings in northern Utah, at about 1.5 miles round trip in summer. In winter, an alternate route can stretch the trip to about 3.5 miles, and the final approach to the cave involves climbing beside the waterfall.
