Waggoner Covered Bridge, also called Roddy's Mill Covered Bridge, stood in Perry County, Pennsylvania, over Bixler's Run between Northeast Madison Township and Tyrone Township. Built around 1889, it was a 74-foot Burr Truss bridge, a common nineteenth-century wooden design that combined an arch with a multiple-kingpost truss for added strength. Its historical significance was recognized when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 and recorded as WGCB reference 38-50-15. The bridge remained an important survivor of this traditional bridge type until fire destroyed it on October 21, 2021.
