Carter, William A. Day, Bobby R. Schirmer, and George W. Willett, and for Vietnam Michael E. Ball, Luther M. Chappel, Sylvester Davis, Paris D. Dusch, Ellwood McCarty, Nelson M. O’Neal, and Orval Skirvin.
