Sunnybrook State Park is a 464-acre public recreation area in Torrington, Connecticut, along the East Branch Naugatuck River in Litchfield County. Opened in 1970 and listed in the 1971 Connecticut Register and Manual, it offers hiking, picnicking, hunting, and fishing. The park is notable as the southwestern terminus of the blue-blazed John Muir Trail, which continues across Paugnut State Forest for two miles toward the loop trail at Burr Pond State Park. It also includes another trail named for former property owner Edwin Fadoir.
