High Rock Mountain is an 889-foot mountain in Warren County, New Jersey, with its summit on the boundary between Liberty and White Townships. It is part of the New York–New Jersey Highlands, a section of the Appalachian Mountains, although it stands somewhat apart to the west of the Highlands’ main body. The mountain is distinct from High Rocks, a separate landform in the Kittatinny Valley.
