On May 6, 1956, William Bull Meek was honored as a clampatriarch whose roles included stage driver, Wells Fargo agent, mule skinner, treasurer, and merchant. In 1932, the E Clampus Vitus chapter Redivivus held its first Grand Council pilgrimage here. Fifty years ago today, the Accougheurs of E Clampus Vitus, Redivivus, met here with Wm. Bull Meek, XNGH and Adam Lee Moore, XNGH to learn the past glory of E.C.V., with honor given to Leon Whitsell, Carl Wheat and D. Ezra Dane.
