Belknap College was shaped by founders Dr. Royal M. Frye and Dr. Virginia M. Brigham, visionaries, educators, and mentors who brought together faculty, administrators, and students for an outstanding education. While degrees were earned, all who attended gained lifelong skills, enduring friendships, and a fondness for Harbor Center and its residents who welcomed them. In its short 11-year history, Belknap College created special memories and a bond of loyalty that lives today.
