Geiger Covered Bridge in North Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, spans Jordan Creek and preserves a traditional wooden covered-bridge design. Built in 1860, it is a 112-foot Burr Truss bridge with vertical plank siding and an entry portal shaped by stepped square planks. As one of the area’s surviving 19th-century covered bridges, it holds local architectural and historical importance. Its listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 reflects the significance of both its timber-truss construction and its plain, functional appearance.
