East Humboldt Wilderness is a protected federal wilderness area in the East Humboldt Range of northeastern Nevada, within Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Covering about 36,900 acres, it preserves part of the range’s mountain landscape as undeveloped land. Its designation places it among Nevada’s wilderness areas, reflecting an emphasis on safeguarding the area’s natural character and keeping the landscape protected in a largely unaltered state.
