Lone Pine State Park is a day-use public recreation area on the southwest side of Kalispell, Montana, spanning 270 acres with 7.5 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and horseback riding. Its origins trace to 1941, when Ernest and Hazel White donated 162 acres to the state. They intended the land to be developed for public use and to foster appreciation for conservation.
