Marshbanks Hall was built in 1910 as a library and classroom building, with Martin Egbert Parmalee as architect and Robert Lee Moore as president. It was named the Moore Administration Building in 1922 and was designated Marshbanks Hall in 1979 to honor major benefactors. It is a building in the Mars Hill College Historic District, dated September 12, 2006.
