Waterbury Center State Park is a 90-acre day-use recreation area in Waterbury Center, Vermont, on the shore of the 850-acre Waterbury Reservoir within Mount Mansfield State Forest. Established in 1986, it is one of the reservoir’s main public access points and is centered on short visits and water-based recreation. Its facilities include a swimming beach, picnic areas with grills, a concession area, restrooms, boat rentals, and a trailer boat ramp. An accessible trail leads to two accessible fishing platforms. The park also supports fishing, hiking, bicycling, wildlife watching, and, when conditions permit, winter sports, complementing nearby Little River State Park’s campground access.
