Oatka Creek Park is a Monroe County park in the Town of Wheatland, New York, near Garbutt. It covers 461 acres along both banks of roughly a mile of Oatka Creek, bounded by Union Street, the Rochester and Southern Railroad tracks, and Stewart Road. Its main entrance on Union Street, reached from Quaker Road, leads to Oatka Lodge, the park’s one notable built feature. Most of the park remains undeveloped, as former farm fields gradually return to a more natural landscape. It also serves local cross-country teams and is managed with daily public access and a carry-in, carry-out policy.
