Phantom Canyon lies in northern Colorado in the Laramie Foothills near Fort Collins. Carved by the North Fork of the Cache la Poudre River, it is notable as one of the few roadless canyons remaining in the Colorado Front Range, giving it particular significance as a relatively undeveloped natural landscape in that region.
