The Fleetwood/Peck Block is a commercial block built in the Greek Revival/Italianate style. Originally constructed as a three-story building, it was known as the Powers and Gleed Block, and later the Fleetwood Block. The Masonic Temple was on the third floor. After a fire in 1869, it was rebuilt as a two-story structure. At that time commercial tenants included a drug store, law offices, a post office, a watchmaker, a grocery store and a harness shop in the back. This building also once served as the Morrisville Post Office.
