Farny State Park is a publicly managed protected area in Rockaway Township, Morris County, New Jersey. Encompassing 4,866 acres, or 19.69 square kilometers, it is a substantial tract of open land in northern New Jersey and is part of the state park system. Operated by the New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry, its significance lies in preserving a large area for public management within the state’s network of parks.
