The Horn is a remote mountain in northern New Hampshire's Coos County, part of the Pilot Range in the White Mountains. Standing beside the Bulge, it rises within the watershed of the Upper Ammonoosuc River, with drainage from its south and northwest faces feeding branches that join the same river system on the way to the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound. Unknown Pond to the northeast is known for one of the best views of the peak, though the pond is hard to see from the summit's west-facing open ledges. Its distance from the nearest road leaves it far less visited than many similar summits.
