The Munson Block is a three-story, flat-roofed commercial building constructed in 1904 for Harlan P. Munson to house his general store, which sold feed and hardware in addition to dry goods. Over the years, the building also served as an insurance office and a cabinetmaker's shop. Its three-bay main façade features a simple corbelled cornice with wood molding, arched windows, and a wide segmental arch mullion window centered on the second story. Its elegant brick façade is a striking feature in the commercial streetscape of Lower Main Street.
