Seyon Lodge State Park
Nature
Seyon Lodge State Park near Groton is one of seven parks in Vermont’s Groton State Forest and is centered on the 39-acre Noyes Pond, which shapes its quiet waterside setting. The park is associated with low-key outdoor recreation in every season, including bicycling, fly fishing, hiking, picnicking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Its most distinctive feature is the Lodge at Seyon, which operates year-round and offers private lodging as well as event and meeting space for individuals and groups. That combination makes the park both a day-use destination and a place for overnight stays and gatherings within the state park system.
