Kettle Pond State Park is a Vermont state park in Groton State Forest near Marshfield and Groton, centered on the undeveloped 109-acre Kettle Pond. One of seven state parks in the forest, it is known for simple, low-key recreation focused on the water and surrounding landscape. In warmer months, people camp, boat, fish, swim, and hike there, while winter brings snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Its facilities emphasize group camping, with 26 lean-tos in five clusters, plus individual lean-tos and six remote campsites or lean-tos around the pond. The park remains notably undeveloped, with limited amenities and no potable water on site.
