The North Kingstown G.A.R. Monument was presented to the Town of North Kingstown in 1912 by Charles C. Baker Post No. 16, Department of Rhode Island, Grand Army of the Republic, with Wm. G. Saunders, Wm. A. Weinreich, and Reuben Secor serving on the committee.
