Tullahassee Mission was a Creek Indian school founded in 1848 by Rev. R.M. Loughridge of the Presbyterian Board of Foreign Missions. Rev. W.S. Robertson was employed as the superintendent. After fire destroyed the school in 1880, the Creeks rebuilt it, and it operated until 1907 for Freedmen.
