The Interim Computer Museum in Tukwila, Washington, is a nonprofit computer history museum focused on preserving and restoring vintage computing as a working, hands-on experience. Rather than treating old machines as static displays, it keeps historically significant hardware and original software environments operational for education and research, using modern interfaces and remote access when useful. Its collection of about 6,000 artifacts includes minicomputers, terminals, magnetic media, documentation, and software, including part of the holdings of Living Computers: Museum + Labs after that Seattle institution closed in 2020. It also serves as a retrocomputing community hub through events, restoration projects, and continuing public-access systems such as M-NET.
