Clark Peak is a 12,960-foot summit in the Medicine Bow Mountains of northern Colorado, within the Rawah Wilderness of Routt National Forest. Rising on the divide between Jackson and Larimer counties, it is the highest point in the Medicine Bow range, the highest point in Jackson County, and the highest point in the North Platte River drainage basin. Its location on a drainage divide gives it added geographic importance as a boundary between watersheds in this high Front Range region. More than a developed site, it is significant as a prominent wilderness landmark defined by its elevation, prominence, and protected alpine setting.
