The Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, occupies the old Buckland Freight yard and centers on preserving and operating car 10 from the former Shelburne Falls and Colrain Street Railway. Built in 1896 by the Wason Manufacturing Company of Springfield, Massachusetts, this combination passenger-baggage trolley is the last known surviving car from that railway. In 1992, Marshall Johnson donated it to a group that restored it to working order after his father had saved it when the line shut down. The collection also includes other railroad and trolley equipment, helping preserve an important piece of local transit history.
