Santa Ana's oldest assembly on its original site was completed in 1888 and dedicated at Easter 1889. It was consecrated by Bishop Joseph Johnson on October 31, 1887, with Rev. W.B. Burrows as rector. Designed of redwood by Ernest Coxhead, the building underwent changes in 1910 and later years.
